We offer a complete range of Non-Recourse Cash Loan programs where our Bank Guarantee and Standby Letter of Credit can be Monetized for Cash Placed into Trade Programs PPP (Private Placement Programs) or a Hybrid for immediate cash and funds in a Trade Program.
Financial Instruments like BG and SBLC that can be Monetized are Instruments from Top rated AAA Banks with Excellent Credit Rating Scores by Fitch Ratings dual-headquartered in New York City and London.
We Provide Non-Recourse Cash Loans against Financial Instruments as a Security to the Loan, We are also currently running a program on Non-Recourse Loans whereby we merge both Financial Instrument provider (The Provider) and The Monetizer (The Lender) together in favor of (The Borrower) who do not have BG/SBLC or collateral for the Loan, This program is meant specifically for the purpose of providing the BG/SBLC (Collateral) to those clients who do not have the facility to provide BG/SBLC as collateral to the Loan, whereby the BG/SBLC will be Leased by the (The Lender) on behalf of (The Borrower).
The most interesting part of Top Asia Finance Limited transaction procedure is that (The Borrower) will be given the privilege of paying (The Provider) the Leasing fee of 3% of the Face Value of the Leased BG/SBLC, 15 Days prior to the expiration of the Leased Instrument which is usually for a Leasing Period of 1 Year and 1 Month, by this way Top Asia Finance Limited (The Monetizer / The Lender) secures both the BG/SBLC (Collateral) and Loan amount for you (The Borrower).
No Broker Chain Involvement
In doing business internationally, we have found that the majority of deals or procurement request never close because there are either too many brokers involved or there is an agent protecting the identity of their buyer.
We eliminate this confusion because in our business we rely on our direct relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers and if you are looking for a business loan, commercial real estate loan, or looking to raise equity for a commercial project, you are likely going to work with a commercial loan broker to raise the capital.

We are the sole representative of the fund, so there is no broker chain involved. The funds are utilized to provide Proof of Funds accounts at a predetermined fixed return-on-investment. We ensure that our clients will not have to give up any ownership positions in their projects or trades. However, joint ventures are considered on a case by case basis
